Meet Mrs. Waller...

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA (Yes, I am a HUGE Steelers fan!). I attended the University of Pittsburgh, where I received a BA in Communication Science and Disorders. Later, I earned my Post-Baccalaureate degree in Elementary Education from Point Park College. Last year, I completed my Gifted Endorsement and I am excited to be implementing these strategies with all of my students!

My experience includes everything from preschool to 5th grade, both private and public, as well as some work in special education classrooms. This is my 14th year here at Hembree Springs and I can confidently say that this is "home!" 

This year I will be serving as the TAG committee chairperson, Professional Learning Community Leader, and as a member of the Personalized Learning Team. I look forward to using these opportunities to provide the best education for our students!

Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, watching football, entertaining, and spending time with my husband, Chip, and our son, Max. We also love to travel and go on "adventures" together!
